RESTOCKING FEE

Restocking fees are an important aspect to consider when making a purchase, especially when it comes to machines, accessories and tools. At Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited, we want our customers to have a clear understanding of how restocking fees work and why they are implemented.

Restocking fees are a percentage charged to customers who return a product for a refund or exchange. In our store, we have a restocking fee of 10%. This means that if you decide to return an item, 10% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

Why do we have a restocking fee? Restocking fees are put in place to cover the costs associated with processing returns and preparing the product for resale. When a product is returned, it needs to be inspected, tested, and repackaged before it can be sold again. This process requires time, resources, and labor, which is why a restocking fee is necessary.

It's important to note that restocking fees are not meant to discourage returns or exchanges. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. However, the restocking fee helps us maintain the quality of our products and ensure that they are in excellent condition for future customers.

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, specifications, and customer reviews to ensure that it meets your requirements. If you have any questions or need assistance, our knowledgeable customer service team is always ready to help.
